Invitatin to Tender: Commercial Lettings Management Services
The Girls’ Learning Trust is inviting tenders from experienced commercial lettings providers to manage and develop the community use of facilities across our schools outside normal school operating hours.
From 1 November 2026, the GLT will comprise four secondary schools across Sutton and Kent: Carshalton High School for Girls, Nonsuch High School for Girls, Wallington High School for Girls and Weald of Kent Grammar School. Across these schools, the Trust has a wide range of facilities suitable for sporting, recreational, educational, community and commercial hire.
We are seeking a suitably experienced organisation to provide a fully managed lettings service, including marketing and business development, booking and customer management, operational delivery, financial management, safeguarding and compliance, and performance reporting. The successful provider will work closely with school and Trust teams to increase the use of our facilities while ensuring that educational priorities remain protected.
The initial contract will run for three years from 1 January 2027, with the potential for a further two-year extension.
