Our organisation, in common with other state funded multi academy trusts is both a company limited by guarantee and an exempt charity. 

The Girls' Learning Trust operates three all-girls secondary schools in the London Borough of Sutton. We have a turnover of around £35 million, approximately 500 staff and around 4,500 students.  We have a shared finance team that works across all schools in the Trust.  We are supported by a dedicated team of Members, Trustees and Governors.

Our current auditors were appointed in Spring 2022 and in line with best practice, we are now undertaking a competitive tender process to ensure we have best value for the organisation.
